


The Competition Authority has completed the preliminary review for the acquisition process between Borusan Supply Chain Solutions and Technology Inc. (Borusan Supply) and CMA CGM S.A. (CMA CGM) controlled CEVA Corporate Services (CEVA). The Authority granted the necessary approval considering the effects of the transaction on the competitive environment.
The statement made on the Authority's website included assessments regarding the possibility that the acquisition process could reduce effective competition in the market under the Law on the Protection of Competition. In this regard, the behavioral commitments provided by CEVA offered a solution to address potential competition concerns.

The statement emphasized that the commitments presented have the capacity to effectively solve the competition problems that may arise from the transaction. Additionally, it was reported that in case of violation of these commitments, administrative fines will be imposed on the parties in accordance with Article 17 of the Law on the Protection of Competition.
