


The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources has proceeded to an auction process with a participation fee of 2,000 euros after the opening of closed financial bids in the YEKA RES-2025 competitions. The competitions were conducted to allocate the electrical connection capacity for a total of 1,150 megawatts of 6 energy projects in the regions of Balıkesir, Kütahya, Aydın, Denizli, and Sivas.
In the competitions, the price ceiling was determined to be 5.50 euros per kilowatt-hour, while the price floor was set at 3.50 euros/cents.
In the "R25-Balıkesir-3 RES" competition with 20 applications for a capacity of 110 megawatts, Eksim Enerji AŞ presented the best offer in the 6th round at 3.50 euros/cents per kilowatt-hour and a contribution fee of 312,000 euros.
In the "R25-Balıkesir-2 RES" competition, with 12 applications for a capacity of 120 megawatts, Balıkesir Elektrik Yenilenebilir Enerji Üretim ve Satış AŞ stood out in the 12th round with 3.50 euros/cents and a contribution fee of 218,000 euros.
In the "R25-Balıkesir-1 RES" competition for a capacity of 160 megawatts with 12 applications, Soma Enerji Elektrik Üretim AŞ provided the best offer in the 9th round at 3.50 euros/cents and a contribution fee of 212,000 euros.
Additionally, in the "R25-Kütahya RES" competition targeting 120 megawatts, İçdaş Elektrik Enerjisi Üretim ve Yatırım AŞ succeeded in the 11th round with 3.50 euros/cents and a contribution fee of 222,000 euros.
Finally, in the "R25-Sivas RES" competition for a capacity of 500 megawatts, Kanat Rüzgar Enerji Yatırım Üretim ve Ticaret AŞ caught attention by submitting the highest offer in the 6th round with 3.50 euros/cents and a contribution fee of 56,000 euros.
