


Toyota Automotive Industry Turkey Inc. has made a significant management change effective January 1, 2026. The current General Manager and CEO Erdoğan Şahin will transfer his role to the current Deputy General Manager responsible for Administrative and Financial Affairs Murat Bülbül.
Erdoğan Şahin, who joined the Toyota Turkey organization in 1992, has held various critical positions within Toyota’s operations in Turkey, Europe, and Japan over the past 33 years. Having served as CEO since 2022, Şahin will conclude his successful career with retirement in January 2026.
Murat Bülbül contributed to the production preparations of the 8th generation Corolla produced in Turkey and played an active role in the introduction of new models with high-quality standards. Between 2020-2024, he served as General Manager of Production Planning at Toyota Europe and then as Vice President responsible for Production Management at Toyota France. He returned to Toyota Automotive Industry Turkey in 2024 and took on the role of Deputy General Manager.
Bülbül is married and has two children.
