NVP Capital is closing its Second Fund with 80 million dollars.

nvp Capital, a seed-stage venture capital firm based in New York, announced the successful closing of its second fund, totaling $80 million, with new backing from Prudential Financial, Rutgers University Endowment, Ford Foundation, and Liberty Mutual Investments. This fund is enriched by investments from various corporate partners, including Audible (a company of Amazon) and Horizon Mutual Holdings, Inc.. The total assets managed by the firms have reached $200 million.

Founded by Dan Borok and Vaughn Crowe, nvp Capital supports the transformation in digitized sectors by collaborating with global ventures in the industrial software and vertical artificial intelligence fields.
