Pasifik Holding's IPO Results Announced

IPO Size and Unit Price

The unit price in the IPO was set at 1.50 TL, while a total of 4 billion TL nominal value shares were sold. During this process, the total size of the IPO was recorded as 6 billion TL.

Demand Distribution and Investor Interest Ratios

In the IPO, the final allocation amount for domestic individual investors received approximately 1.34 times the demand, while for domestic high-demand investors, this ratio was set at 13.35 times. Domestic institutional investors showed a demand of approximately 1.50 times the final allocation amount.
