In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was noted that the company's board of directors decided to conduct a public offering through the joint sale of shares and capital increase. A total of 35,000,000 shares will be offered to the public. The nominal value of these shares has been set at 35 million TL.

Emphasizing that TV8's current issued capital is 150,000,000 TL, the statement indicated that the capital would be increased by 21,000,000 TL to 171,000,000 TL. This increase will also be realized through the sale of 14,000,000 shares, representing a nominal value of 14,000,000 TL, that the current partner Acun Medya Holding will offer to the public.

Date and Process of the Public Offering

The company plans to start the public offering process with the draft prospectus submitted to the CMB on November 14, 2025. The application will be implemented after obtaining approval from the relevant regulatory bodies.
