• 65 m² 2+1 apartments: 8,250 TL installment


• 80 m² 2+1 apartments: 9,938 TL installment


• 55 m² 1+1 apartments: 7,313 TL installment


• 65 m² 2+1 apartments: 9,188 TL installment


• 80 m² 2+1 apartments: 11,063 TL installment

Applicants must meet the following criteria: They must not own any independent homes registered in their name, their spouse's name, or their children's name, must not have signed a contract with TOKİ before, must be at least 18 years old, and must have been a Turkish citizen for at least 10 years.

This social housing project will provide home ownership in various cities across Turkey. The distribution of housing by city is as follows:

• Istanbul: 100,000 social houses


• Ankara: 30,823 houses, in 21 districts


• Izmir: 21,020 houses, in 11 districts


• Bursa: 17,225 houses, in 15 districts


• Konya: 15,000 houses, in 30 districts
