Borsa İstanbul held a meaningful bell ceremony today for Zeray Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (Zeray GYO). Following a successful public offering process that garnered great interest, Zeray GYO is proudly starting to trade on Borsa İstanbul’s Yıldız Pazar under the code #ZERGY. The ceremony took place with the participation of Korkmaz Ergun, General Manager of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., Zekeriya Zeray, Chairman of the Board of Zeray GYO, executives, and many invited guests.

Zeray GYO’s Presence in the Stock Exchange

Korkmaz Ergun, in his speech during the ceremony, stated, “Zeray Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı has established a significant position in the sector with its projects in Kocaeli, and continues to grow with its developments in Ankara. With the funds obtained from the public offering, we are embarking on new projects to further our growth objectives." He also emphasized the importance of capital markets supporting the real estate sector and the significance of institutionalization.
