TRX is forming a strategic merger with REN Talents Inc.

TIAN RUIXIANG Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq: TIRX) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire REN Talents Inc.. In this context, a total of 3,211,010 A-class ordinary shares will be issued at a price of $2.18 per share. The closing of the transaction is expected to take place on November 5, 2025, or on another date mutually agreed by the parties.
