Applications for TOKİ's Century Housing Project Are Starting!

Within the scope of the projects aimed at increasing housing supply throughout Turkey and stabilizing rental prices, TOKİ (Housing Development Administration) will build a total of 500 thousand social housing units in 81 provinces. The project has been meticulously planned, taking into account the economic structures of cities where the housing demand has increased and population density is high.

In Turkey, where housing prices have escalated due to uncontrolled increases, this massive investment presents a historic opportunity for citizens who dream of owning a home. With the project, 500 thousand citizens will have the chance to achieve their dream home.

Applications will begin tomorrow and will continue until December 19. During this period, citizens must follow a specific procedure to complete their applications. As in previous campaigns, this year, applications will be accepted in a phased manner according to the last digit of the Turkish Republic identification number. This method aims to prevent congestion during the application process.

Citizens wishing to benefit from the project must complete their applications within the designated dates and prepare the required documents comprehensively. TOKİ aims to strengthen Turkey's housing structure through this project and simultaneously enhance the quality of life for its citizens.
