Trump Media Merges with TAE Technologies

Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT), the parent company of Truth Social, has reached an agreement for a stock merger valued at over 6 billion dollars with TAE Technologies. This merger will redirect Trump Media from being a social media operator to focusing on clean energy and financial assets.

Expansion in the Crypto Space

Trump Media is also increasing its activities in the cryptocurrency field. Its partnership with Crypto.com and the launch of cryptocurrency-linked ETFs, along with the creation of a substantial crypto asset balance sheet holding approximately 11,542 Bitcoin worth around 1.02 billion dollars, are examples of this expansion.
