Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT), the parent company of Truth Social, has reached an agreement for a stock merger with TAE Technologies valued at over 6 billion dollars. This merger will redirect Trump Media from being a social media operator to focusing on clean energy and financial assets.

Expansion in the Crypto Sector

Trump Media is also increasing its activities in the cryptocurrency field. Partnerships with Crypto.com aim to launch crypto-linked ETFs and create a significant crypto asset balance with approximately 1.02 billion dollars worth of 11,542 Bitcoins.
