Trump Media Merges with TAE Technologies

Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT), the parent company of Truth Social, has reached an agreement for a stock merger with TAE Technologies valued at over 6 billion dollars. This merger will move Trump Media out of being a social media operator and into the clean energy and financial assets sectors.

Expansion in the Crypto Space

Trump Media is also increasing its activities in the cryptocurrency space. A partnership with Crypto.com includes launching cryptocurrency-linked ETFs and building a significant crypto asset balance with approximately 1.02 billion dollars worth of 11,542 Bitcoins.
