Trump Media Merges with TAE Technologies

Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT), the parent company of Truth Social, has reached an agreement for a stock merger with TAE Technologies valued at over 6 billion dollars. This merger will shift Trump Media away from being a social media operator towards the clean energy and financial assets sectors.

Expansion in the Crypto Space

Trump Media is also increasing its activities in the cryptocurrency space. A partnership with Crypto.com includes the launch of crypto-linked ETFs and the establishment of a substantial crypto asset balance sheet with approximately 1.02 billion dollars worth of 11,542 Bitcoins.
