Trump Media Merges with TAE Technologies

Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT), the parent company of Truth Social, has reached an agreement for a stock merger with TAE Technologies valued at over $6 billion. This merger will redirect Trump Media from being a social media operator to focusing on clean energy and financial assets.

Expansion in the Crypto Space

Trump Media is also increasing its activities in the cryptocurrency sector. A partnership with Crypto.com aims to launch cryptocurrency-linked ETFs and build a significant crypto asset balance sheet with approximately 11,542 Bitcoins valued at around $1.02 billion.
