TRM Labs Raises 70 Million Dollars

TRM Labs, in a C round financing with participation from Blockchain Capital, Goldman Sachs, and others, has reached unicorn status with an investment of 70 million dollars, achieving a valuation of 1 billion dollars. The total amount of funding for the company has been recorded at 220 million dollars.

TRM Labs develops software specializing in the tracking of cryptocurrency transactions. In response to the increasing number of crypto-related crimes, it operates to meet the demands from both law enforcement and financial institutions.

The company has formed partnerships with Tron and Tether to combat illegal activities. In this context, the T3 Financial Crime Unit task force has been established, which has rendered ineffective assets worth over 300 million dollars originating from criminal activities.
