With over twenty years of experience in the technology sector, including his role as Head of Legal Operations at Snowflake and previous positions at ServiceNow, Bromagem brings unique expertise in legal operations.

Bromagem began his career by founding and leading Equine.com, creating the most visited website that connects buyers and sellers of horses. Previously, he was the 11th employee at Yahoo!, contributing to the company's growth to over 5,000 employees.

After transitioning to the legal field, Bromagem developed his interest in legal operations and contributed to building the legal operations function at ServiceNow. At Snowflake, he established a new understanding of legal operations organizations using artificial intelligence (AI) and integrations.

Tonkean's recent survey of 300 legal and legal operations executives revealed that, despite historically having a cautious approach, legal operations have been pioneers in adopting AI. According to the survey results, 60% of legal operations teams in startups utilize AI agents to complete complex tasks autonomously.
