Tofaş's 4th Quarter Report Exceeds Expectations

Tofaş (TOASO) has announced its 4th quarter financial statements for 2025, surprising investors with a significantly positive outcome. The company's net profit reached 5.29 billion TL, exceeding the market expectation of 3.17 billion TL. This performance has increased investor confidence and highlighted Tofaş's strong financial foundation.

Significant Increase in Net Sales Revenue

During the same period, Tofaş's net sales revenue was recorded at 125.68 billion TL. Experts had expected this figure to be around 121.6 billion TL. This represents an annual increase of 219.6%. The company’s EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) was realized at 4.58 billion TL, achieving a remarkable annual increase of 1532%.

Overall Performance of 2025

Tofaş's net profit for the entire year of 2025 reached 8.35 billion TL, marking a 22% annual increase. The company closed its net sales revenues at 332.24 billion TL, showing a 96% annual growth in this area. However, there was an 18% decline in EBITDA, with this figure set at 9.99 billion TL. Additionally, the gross profit rose to 20.62 billion TL, reflecting an 18% annual increase. The operating profit, on the other hand, fell by 33% to 3.60 billion TL.

2026 Expectations and Market Forecasts

Tofaş has also disclosed its expectations for 2026. The domestic light vehicle market sales, which totaled 1.37 million units in 2025, are anticipated to range between 1.3-1.4 million units in 2026. Domestic market sales are expected to be between 350-370 thousand units in 2026. The export volume, which was 47 thousand units in 2025, is projected to be between 65-75 thousand units in 2026.

Tofaş forecasts a total production volume of 140-150 thousand units for 2026, compared to 132 thousand units in 2025. Additionally, the company is expected to make an investment expenditure of 250 million euros for the year 2026.
