New Direct Export Program

Superstate has launched a new Direct Export Program that allows publicly traded companies to issue tokenized shares on the Ethereum and Solana blockchains. This program enables Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered companies to raise funds by selling shares online.

In this way, companies can increase their capital and quickly obtain financing in the form of stablecoins. At the same time, transactions are executed instantly, and record updates are provided in real time.

This new initiative is progressing in alignment with the increasing support from U.S. regulators for blockchain-based capital markets.
