Standard Chartered Lowers Bitcoin Expectations

Bitcoin's Sharp Decline

Bitcoin has lost approximately 36% of its value since the peak on October 6. Analyst Geoff Kendrick states that this decline is within expected limits.

Decrease in Institutional Purchases Expected

According to the analyst, it does not seem likely that there will be more institutional purchases through Bitcoin digital asset treasury operations. The reason for this is that the valuations of these firms are no longer at levels that justify expansion.

Year-End Expectations Updated

Geoff Kendrick has revised his year-end Bitcoin forecasts downward, now expecting that the previously predicted $500,000 level for 2028 will be reached by 2030.
