Los Angeles, October 28, 2025 – Solver announced its new integration with Microsoft Fabric, featuring AI-powered xFP&A software designed to transform financial planning and analysis processes. This integration provides Solver customers across various industries with access to advanced planning and reporting solutions, offering a deeper perspective on their data. Furthermore, it builds upon Solver’s multi-faceted AI strategy introduced at the ASCEND customer conference held in August 2025.
The integration with Microsoft Fabric enhances companies' financial planning and analysis capabilities by leveraging Microsoft Fabric’s unified data infrastructure, allowing finance and operations teams to access reliable and governed data directly. This combines data movement, storage, engineering, science, real-time intelligence, and analytics into a single Software as a Service (SaaS) platform supported by Microsoft OneLake.
Solver’s integration with Microsoft Fabric enables finance teams to design reports and budget forms through Solver’s Excel add-in. This allows them to create professional financial and operational reports and dashboards while automating time-consuming budgeting and forecasting processes through dynamic, driver-based models.
Nils Rasmussen, Solver CEO, stated, “By integrating Solver with Microsoft Fabric, we ensure that financial and operational data within the business is based on a single source.” This allows CFOs, CTOs, and other teams to easily visualize complex data, enabling them to respond quickly to market changes.
Users can model different scenarios to identify the most effective financial strategies. Utilizing operational drivers such as product, region, or channel data from Microsoft Fabric, finance teams can instantly see the impact on the income statement, balance sheet, or cash flow.
