ROSHARON, TX / ACCESS Newswire / October 29, 2025 / Signal Advance, Inc. (OTCID:SIGL) announced new test results confirming that its patented Analog Guard® encryption system is unsolvable by advanced artificial intelligence (AI) models. This indicates that the analog domain design provides a natural defense against next-generation AI threats.

On October 29, 2025, IBM, in its Think Blog, addressed this topic by stating, “AI is a general system. Machine learning is a subset of AI. Deep learning is a subfield of machine learning, and neural networks are the backbone of deep learning algorithms.”

In recent tests, two different modern machine learning AI architectures failed to identify any patterns, keys, or message relationships in data encrypted with Analog Guard®. The prediction accuracy remained around 50%; this is essentially a random guess, equivalent to a coin toss. This revealed that there was no learnable relationship between encrypted signals and their original content.

Since attacks begin with an exploitable structure, eliminating it makes it impossible for AI to find a signal to learn from; in our tests, the models remained at chance level (~50%) and could not extract the analog key or message. Chris Hymel, Ph.D., Signal Advance CEO, stated, “Even modern AI could not identify the key or message behind the data.”

Dr. Hymel noted that these results validate the fundamental strength of Analog Guard®, emphasizing that the analog domain architecture is naturally secure against digital attacks and offers revolutionary resilience against AI-focused threats.

A New Cybersecurity Foundation

The dependence of traditional digital encryption on mathematical transformations makes it increasingly vulnerable to AI and quantum attacks. Analog Guard® replaces math-based security with physical signal modulation; it offers analog keys that resist algorithmic prediction with continuously changing waveforms. This provides resilience against AI and quantum threats.

This success positions Analog Guard® as a future-proof encryption platform for defense, critical infrastructure, industrial, and secure communications markets; these sectors are already facing AI-accelerated vulnerabilities.

Next Steps

Signal Advance® will continue testing on additional models and datasets to enhance AI resilience and plans to publish selected findings for independent review. These studies will further document Analog Guard® as a commercially ready, defensible encryption technology with strong intellectual property protection and potential for multi-market licensing.
