Details of the First Sale

The first transaction took place on November 10, 2023. In this sale, Sabancı's private equity fund divested shares of Çimsa with a nominal value of 1,010,000 TL at an average price of 44.9070 TL on the stock exchange. Following this transaction, the fund's nominal position in Çimsa decreased from 2.67 million TL to 1.66 million TL, and the ownership rate dropped from 0.283 to 0.1762.

Second Sale Transaction

The second sale by Sabancı was conducted on November 14, 2023. In this transaction, shares with a nominal value of 356,419 TL were sold on the stock exchange at an average price of 44.1946 TL. After this sale, the fund's nominal position in Çimsa decreased from 1.66 million TL to 1.30 million TL, and the ownership rate fell from 0.1762 to 0.1385.

Change in Total Position

As a result of the last two transactions, Sabancı's fund has experienced a significant decrease in its total position in Çimsa, nearly halving it. This situation could impact both the fund's portfolio management strategy and market dynamics.

According to statements made by Serra Sabancı, "The 1,010,000 TL nominal value shares of Çimsa owned by the private equity fund in which I am an investor have been sold at an average price of 44.9070 TL in accordance with portfolio management principles."
