Rootstock Deepens Its Presence in the Salesforce Ecosystem

Rootstock Software, a recognized leader in cloud-based ERP solutions for product-centric companies, announced the acquisition of Praxis Solutions, LLC. This move is seen as a significant step for Rootstock to expand its professional services capacity and strengthen its leadership in ERP products.

Ohad Idan, founder and CEO of Praxis, will join Rootstock as Vice President of Product, providing valuable contributions to the company’s growth strategy. This acquisition will allow Rootstock to offer Salesforce-based ERP solutions to product companies around the world in a broader range.

Ohad Idan is the winner of the 2025 Dreamforce Hackathon and holds the title of Salesforce MVP Hall of Famer. With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, and enterprise technology, he has helped modernize operations for many companies. Previously, he held senior operational and technical leadership roles at firms such as I.D. Systems, Elcom Technologies, and Titan Tool.

Praxis’ consulting team will be integrated into Rootstock's Global Professional Services organization. Caroline (Santander) Marty, Senior Vice President of Global Professional Services and Acceleration, will oversee this integration.
