Plume is Expanding into the Middle East by Acquiring a License in Abu Dhabi.

Plume Network Enters the Middle East

Plume Network has seized the opportunity to expand in the Middle East by obtaining a commercial license granted by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). This license allows Plume to scale the creation and distribution of real-world assets (RWA) across the Middle East, Africa, and emerging markets.

The company plans to establish a permanent office in Abu Dhabi by the end of the year. Additionally, commercial announcements are expected to be made in early 2026.
