Metaplanet Appeals to U.S. Investors

Metaplanet aims to attract investors in the U.S. by launching a supported Level 1 American Depository Receipt (ADR) program. The new ADRs will be traded online under the MPJPY symbol starting December 19th.

This program will offer investors the opportunity to conduct transactions in U.S. dollars, increased liquidity, and standardized U.S. market infrastructure. Additionally, this process will not require new capital increases.

Meanwhile, Metaplanet shares rose by 6% in Tokyo trading, reaching 443 yen (approximately $2.80).
