KindlyMD Signs Significant Loan Agreement with Kraken

KindlyMD has secured a 210 million dollar loan from the Kraken cryptocurrency exchange. The annual cost of the agreement has been set at %8. The loan is set to mature on December 4, 2026.

The company stated that it will use the proceeds from this loan to fully meet its obligations to Antalpha Digital. This agreement marks KindlyMD's fourth source of financing this year. Previous financing arrangements were made with Yorkville Advisors, Two Prime, and Antalpha.
