KindlyMD Signs Significant Loan Agreement with Kraken

KindlyMD has secured a $210 million loan from the Kraken cryptocurrency exchange. The annual cost of the agreement has been set at %8. The loan is set to mature on December 4, 2026.

The company stated that it will use the proceeds of this loan to fully meet its obligations to Antalpha Digital. This agreement marks KindlyMD's fourth funding source this year. Previous funding arrangements were made with Yorkville Advisors, Two Prime, and Antalpha.
