Big Deal Between IREN and Microsoft

IREN announced in an official statement that it has signed a 5-year cloud services agreement with Microsoft. This deal represents a significant collaboration in the technology sector.

Value of the Agreement: 9.7 Billion Dollars

As part of this agreement, IREN will provide Microsoft access to Nvidia chips. The total contract value has been set at approximately 9.7 billion dollars.

Strategic Collaboration with Dell Technologies

Meanwhile, IREN has also signed a 5.8 billion dollar agreement with Dell Technologies for chips and auxiliary equipment. These equipment are expected to be gradually put into operation at IREN's facility in Texas throughout 2026.
