Ethereum Foundation Develops New Strategies to Combat Quantum Threats

Quantum computing has long been seen as a theoretical threat to blockchain cryptography. However, this perspective has rapidly changed in recent months. The Ethereum Foundation has made post-quantum security a strategic priority at the beginning of January and has established a dedicated Post-Quantum (PQ) team to achieve this goal.

The established team will conduct research, develop tools, and work on real-world updates to protect the network's cryptographic foundations.
