ENKA Construction has signed a contract worth 158.5 million dollars for the construction of the 456 megawatt capacity Temane Independent Power Plant Project in the Temane region of Mozambique, adding yet another energy project abroad. This project stands out as one of the significant steps strengthening ENKA's power in the international arena.
In the announcement made by ENKA to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was outlined the contract signed between ENKA and CENTRAL TÉRMICA DE TEMANE S.A. (CTT) on December 5, 2025. The planned duration for the project’s completion is set at 23 months. During this period, the construction of the power plant and necessary service activities will be carried out.
Moreover, ENKA's new energy investment parallels a significant project the company recently completed in Iraq. The company made an agreement exceeding 1 billion dollars for the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes of the central processing facility for the "Associated Gas Upstream Project (AGUP) Phase 2" as part of the “Gas Growth Integrated Project (GGIP)” undertaken by TotalEnergies in the Basra region of Iraq. These projects are enhancing ENKA's effectiveness in the energy sector and strengthening its presence in international markets.
With new agreements, ENKA is both consolidating its experience in international energy projects and establishing a solid position within global market dynamics. The company's commitment to energy investments is seen as an important indicator for sustainable growth.
