Circle's Warning on Tokenized Gold and Silver

Circle, the company that issues USDC, announced that a fake press release introduced a platform named CircleMetals attributed to it. This fake release was distributed on Christmas Day and contained quotes from executives using the Circle brand.

The mentioned fake platform is still active and is seen as a fraud attempt. The platform promises various rewards to investors along with a link to a swap site. However, there is no evidence of the existence of tokenized gold and silver tokens.
