Çimsa's Export Success

In the last 5 years, Çimsa has made an investment of 250 million dollars in Turkey and contributed 1.5 billion dollars to exports. In a statement regarding the matter, Umut Zenar, President of Strategic Investments and Operations at Sabancı Holding and Chairman of the Board of Çimsa, emphasized the founding date of Çimsa and its importance in the industry.

Çimsa's Global Vision

Zenar stated, "Çimsa is one of the companies that best represents Sabancı's strong manufacturing capability and industrial culture. Today, we export to nearly 80 countries from America to Australia, and from Italy to South Korea. With our 1.5 billion dollars in exports achieved in the last 5 years, we contribute to Turkey's value-added export mobilization."

Investment in the Country and New Talents

Zenar regarded their investment of 250 million dollars in Turkey as a sign of their confidence in the country. He also stated that together with the ongoing CAC investments in Mersin, they will provide capacity for 20% of global CAC consumption.

Emphasizing that the Mersin factory is one of the "centers of intelligence production" in Turkish industry, Zenar said, "The Formula Workshop we have developed the Flycrete product within allows for the rapid repair of areas subjected to heavy loads, such as airport runways.
