  • İş Bankası (ISCTR) sold its shares in Greeneco Enerji to its subsidiary İş Enerji Yatırımları. It is learned that $20 million of the sale will be received in cash, while the remaining amount will be collected within 2026.
  • Türk Altın (TRALT) signed a cooperation protocol with Taşzemin Madencilik to process 8.1 million tons of ore to be extracted from the Altın+Gümüş mining site in Eskişehir at the Kaymaz Gold Operation.

The Fed considers further interest rate cuts probable if inflation decreases as expected. Meanwhile, the Chinese economy exhibited better-than-expected performance at year-end with a recovery in the manufacturing sector, and the Official Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) rose to 50.1 in December.
