Credit Transaction Ban on Borsa İstanbul

Borsa İstanbul announced that it has imposed a credit transaction ban on the shares of 5 companies.

According to the statement, in accordance with the decision made by the Capital Markets Board (CMB), a credit transaction ban has been imposed on the following shares until December 3, 2025, under the Volatility-Based Precautionary System (VBTS):

• Cem Zeytin (CEMZY.E)
• Burçelik Vana Sanayi ve Ticaret (BURVA.E)
• Tek-Art İnşaat Ticaret Turizm Sanayi ve Yatırımlar (TEKTU.E)
• Lydia Holding (LYDHO.E)
• MMC Sanayi ve Ticari Yatırımlar (MMCAS.E)

Short Selling and Credit Transactions

The statement noted, "These shares will be closed to short selling and the possibility of carrying out credit transactions from the transactions dated 04/11/2025 (from the start of the session) to the transactions dated 03/12/2025 (until the end of the session)."
