Borsa İstanbul announced that it has implemented a margin trading ban on the shares of 5 companies.

Securities Subject to the Application

According to the statement, in accordance with the decision taken by the Capital Markets Board (CMB), a margin trading ban has been imposed on the following shares until December 3, 2025, as part of the Volatility-Based Precaution System (VBPS):

• Cem Zeytin (CEMZY.E)
• Burçelik Valve Industry and Trade (BURVA.E)
• Tek-Art Construction Trade Tourism Industry and Investments (TEKTU.E)
• Lydia Holding (LYDHO.E)
• MMC Industrial and Commercial Investments (MMCAS.E)

Short Selling and Margin Transactions

The statement said, "These shares will be closed to short selling and margin trading opportunities from the transactions dated 04/11/2025 (from the start of the session) to the transactions dated 03/12/2025 (until the end of the session)."
