Bank of America (BofA) has published its latest Fund Manager Survey, showing that investor cash allocations have fallen to a record low of 3.3%. The same report also reveals that the margins for equities and commodities have reached their highest levels since the beginning of 2022.

Market sentiment has peaked, thanks to expectations of a soft landing and rising profit forecasts, the highest since mid-2021. However, despite the traditional market decline suggesting further losses in cryptocurrencies, it is also noted that this could simultaneously be a bullish signal.

These developments represent a significant turning point for investors. In particular, the low cash ratios and increased orientation towards stocks and commodities should be closely monitored in terms of how market dynamics will shape up.
