Blockstream to Take Over Corbiere Capital Management

Blockstream plans to acquire the Jersey-based investment fund Corbiere Capital Management for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition aims to enhance cryptocurrency investment opportunities worldwide.

Corbiere founder Rodrigo Rodriguez will serve as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in the newly established Blockstream Capital Management.

Additionally, Komainu, as a portfolio company of Blockstream, will handle custody, connectivity, and over-the-counter collateral management. This structure aims to provide investors with a more secure and integrated service.
