Blockstream to Take Over Corbiere Capital Management

Blockstream plans to acquire the Jersey-based investment fund Corbiere Capital Management for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition aims to enhance crypto investment opportunities globally.

Corbiere founder Rodrigo Rodriguez will serve as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in a new asset management unit called Blockstream Capital Management.

Additionally, Komainu, as a portfolio company of Blockstream, will take on custody, connectivity, and over-the-counter collateral management. This structure aims to provide investors with a more secure and integrated service.
