Bitcoin and Altcoins are Causing Severe Declines in Traditional Markets.

Recently experienced sharp declines have deeply affected not only the cryptocurrency market but also companies holding these assets on their balance sheets, including Bitcoin (BTC) and altcoins. The struggle for Bitcoin's price to reach the $100,000 threshold has resonated significantly in traditional markets as well. CryptoQuant analysts emphasized that the value losses of publicly traded companies with Bitcoin and major altcoin positions have reached a significant level.

Companies like Strategy, BitMine, Metaplanet, and Evernorth, which are particularly noted for their digital asset holdings, have faced major pressures in recent weeks. The shares of Strategy experienced a 53% loss recently, dropping to $221. This situation aligns with the lower limit of the company's Bitcoin asset-based MSTR price bands.

Japan-based Metaplanet purchased 30.8 Bitcoin at an average price of $106,000. However, the company has faced losses of approximately $120 million so far, with its shares trading 80% below their all-time high. This situation raises serious concerns for investors.

Altcoin holdings are similarly suffering from value loss. Evernorth, just 2.5 weeks ago, initiated a buying process where it acquired 388.7 million Ripple (XRP) for about $947 million. However, the value of this position has now declined to approximately $868 million, resulting in a loss of around $79 million.

Similarly, BitMine, despite adding 442,000 Ethereum (ETH) since the market crash on October 10, carries approximately $2.1 billion in losses due to collapsing market conditions. As highlighted by the CryptoQuant analyst, these declines in stock prices of cryptocurrency-related companies indicate that the market is still undergoing a high-leverage unwinding process.

For investors, key points to watch regarding future movements include the price levels of Bitcoin and altcoins, along with general market volatility. During this process, carefully monitoring support and resistance points is critical for investors to predict upcoming directions.
