Beşiktaş Club Financial General Assembly Meeting Held

Beşiktaş Club held its 2025 Ordinary Administrative and Financial General Assembly Meeting at the Sinan Erdem Sports Hall. Affan Keçeci was elected as the chairperson of the meeting, which started with the National Anthem.

Activity Reports Read and Approval Votes Held

The administrative and financial activity reports of the board of directors were read. After sharing the reports of the supervisory board with the members, the approval of three separate terms of the black-and-white club was discussed. Members evaluated the boards of directors for the period between June 1, 2024 and May 31, 2026 separately.

Beşiktaş's Financial Situation

Supervisory Board President Gökhan Tiryaki presented the financial reports and stated that Beşiktaş's debt is 17,731,767,706 TL. This figure is a significant indicator of the club's financial health.

Sercan Adalı's Statements

Beşiktaş Club President Serdal Adalı made criticisms about the past period and stated that they have developed various strategies to increase the club's sporting and economic successes. "We have taken important steps to improve our financial statements. Success on the field must be balanced with revenue projections outside the field," he said.

Disciplinary Penalty and Management Structure Change

During the meeting, a vote was held regarding a one-year temporary expulsion penalty for former president Hasan Arat, which was accepted. Adalı suggested reducing the management terms from 3 years to 2 years, emphasizing that administrators who spend more than the revenues will be held accountable with their personal assets.
