Aras Kargo fully acquires Starex Global to grow.

Aras Kargo, as one of Turkey's leading cargo companies, has strategically acquired the remaining shares of Starex Global, fully integrating it into its operations.

Having entered the Azerbaijani market two years ago by acquiring 75% of its shares, Aras Kargo aims to strengthen its presence in Central Asia with this latest acquisition. Starex Global holds a significant position as a leading logistics firm in Azerbaijan, and this merger represents an important step for Aras Kargo in its international logistics operations.

Aras Kargo continues its overseas cargo shipments under the umbrella of Aras Global, and with this move, it strengthens its logistics network in the region, enabling Turkey-based e-commerce companies to access Azerbaijan and surrounding markets more effectively.

This acquisition will facilitate Turkish enterprises to enter the Central Asian market on a more solid footing, contributing to the development of regional trade. Aras Kargo is preparing to implement its advanced corporate and technological infrastructure, which it has applied in Turkey, in Azerbaijan.
