SPK has given an approval for the public offering of Ecogreen Enerji.

Capital Markets Board (CMB) made a significant decision regarding the initial public offering (IPO) of Ecogreen Energy Holding in its latest meeting. The Board approved the company's proposal to sell its shares at a price of 10.4 lira. This approval is of great importance as it creates new opportunities for investors.

The IPO of Ecogreen Energy will support the strengthening of the company's capital structure and help achieve its growth targets, especially in light of the changes occurring in Turkey’s energy market. Adese Real Estate Investment Inc. received approval for a capital increase without consideration amounting to 4 billion 32 million lira, while Konya Paper Industry and Trade Inc. also conducted a capital increase without consideration worth 260 million lira. These developments indicate the willingness of the real estate and paper sectors to increase their investments.

At the same time, Tera Investment Technology Holding Inc. and İş Venture Capital Investment Trust Inc. also made significant capital increase requests. Tera Investment requested an increase of approximately 998 billion lira, while İş Venture Capital will carry out a paid capital increase totaling 800 million lira.
