25% Increase in Construction Production in August 2025

Construction Production is Rising in Turkey

The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has announced the results of the construction production index for the August 2025 period. According to the data, there has been an annual increase of 25 percent in construction production.

Performance in Sub-Sectors

As of August 2025, when the sub-sectors of construction are evaluated in detail:

• The building construction sector index increased by 26.6 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
• The construction of non-building structures sector index rose by 17.4 percent.
• The private construction activities sector index recorded an increase of 25.1 percent.

These figures indicate significant gains and growth potential in Turkey's construction sector.
