Pegasus (PGSUS) and Acquisition Agreement

Pegasus (PGSUS) has signed a contract with Prague City Air and Unimex Group to acquire 100% of the shares of Smartwings and its subsidiaries based in the Czech Republic. The acquisition cost, along with the receivables to be acquired, has been set at a total of 154 million euros.

ARD Bilişim (ARDYZ): New Contract

ARD Bilişim (ARDYZ), operating in the defense and security sector, has signed a private sector contract worth 2.49 million dollars for “Server Hardware Supply” to be used by the AYESAŞ firm.

Orge Enerji (ORGE) Contract Revision

Orge Enerji (ORGE) has increased the contract size with the employer for the Gebze-Darıca Metro Project by 1.15 million euros, revising the total contract value to 3.84 million euros.

Ebebek (EBEBK) Sales Figures

Ebebek (EBEBK) reported that it sold 9,050,213 products through its stores and e-commerce channel in November. This number shows a significant increase from 7,711,790 units a year earlier.

Gülermak (GLRMK) Contract Signing
