A new era has begun in artificial intelligence with 34 female students.

SAP, a global leader in enterprise applications and business-oriented artificial intelligence, has successfully completed the third year of the "Digital Futures with Strong Women" training program conducted in collaboration with the Women in Technology Association (Wtech). This year, 34 young women graduated after completing the Python for Artificial Intelligence training.

Participants had the opportunity to shape their careers while enhancing their digital skills through an intense training program lasting two months. Together with a total of 115 students so far, the graduates gained significant knowledge and experience by benefiting from the unique opportunities offered by the training. The program aimed to equip participants with comprehensive and practical competencies in fundamental Python programming, machine learning, data preprocessing, analysis, and modeling.

Moreover, during the training, students reached a level of knowledge that allows them to learn how to use popular artificial intelligence libraries and develop creative and effective solutions to real-world problems. The 34 women graduates have the potential to build careers in many fields such as data science, machine learning, natural language processing, and data visualization.

Bülent Karal, emphasizing that 47% of their employees are women, expressed the importance they place on gender equality. This program aims to support the development of future women leaders and strengthens the role of women in digital transformation.
