Netcad Software and Akhan Flour Received IPO Approval

Netcad Software has received SPK approval to carry out the public offering of 40,000,000 shares. The public offering price is set at 46.00 TL per share, and orders will be collected from January 28 to 30, 2026. Similarly, Akhan Flour will also be offering 54,700,000 shares at 21.50 TL and the orders will be collected during the same dates.
