Significant Changes in the Public Procurement Law

The Public Procurement Authority has announced the Public Procurement Notification and published it in the Official Gazette. With this notification, the threshold values and financial limits within the scope of the Public Procurement Law have been rearranged for the year 2026.

Increase in Threshold Values and Financial Limits

The updated values have shown an increase of 27.67% based on the annual change of the Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) for December 2025 announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute.

Effective Date and Implementation

This notification will enter into force on February 1, 2026, and the implementation responsibility will be carried out by the President of the Public Procurement Authority.
