According to BDDK data, the non-performing conversion rate for personal loans has reached a peak of 5.5%. Credit cards closely follow this rate, and after the low levels observed in 2023 and 2024, a noticeable increase has been observed in both categories over the past year.
Non-performing rates showed a decline in 2022 and 2023 after the high levels in 2020. However, these rates began to rise again starting from 2024, showing a rapid increase from the beginning of 2025 until January 2026 in both personal loans and individual credit cards.
