High Attendance at the Turkey Capital Markets Congress


The 9th Turkey Capital Markets Congress, organized by the Turkey Capital Markets Association (TSPB), opened its doors on November 4-5, 2025. The congress attracted significant interest from a wide audience, including the finance and capital markets sectors, academia, the business world, university students, and investors. Over 5,000 participants attended the event in person, while thousands more from both domestic and international locations had the opportunity to watch the congress via online platforms.

Opportunities and Dynamics Addressed with the Interaction Theme


The congress was held with the main theme of “Interaction” and addressed current dynamics, opportunities, and future expectations in the sector under the topics of “Economic Interaction,” “Technological Interaction,” and “Structural Interaction.” A total of 31 sessions were organized, comprising 16 panels, 10 training sessions, and 5 workshops. The event began with an opening speech by the Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek. Prominent figures, including the Chairman of the Capital Markets Board İbrahim Ömer Gönül and the General Manager of Borsa İstanbul Korkmaz Ergun, also participated in the event.

Visionary Approaches to the Future of Financial Services


The main speaker of the congress, Tom Goodwin, author of the book “Digital Darwinism,” delivered an impactful speech titled “The Future of Financial Services,” sharing insights on the effects of next-generation technologies on finance. Participants had the opportunity to listen to transformations and innovative approaches in the financial sector.

A Hopeful Platform for the Future


The Chairman of the TSPB Pamir Karagöz expressed his satisfaction with the intense interest in the event, stating, “The interest shown once again proved that our Congress is a comprehensive meeting platform for the business world and investors.” Emphasizing the importance of collaboration and information sharing, Karagöz highlighted that innovative approaches and experiences concerning capital markets contribute to such events.

Education Supported by a Social Responsibility Project


Within the scope of the congress, a social responsibility project titled “Join Us at Our Congress, Support the Qualified Education of Darüşşafaka Students!” was launched. Sponsored by A1 Capital Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., donations were made to the Darüşşafaka Society on behalf of the participants. This project aims to create equal opportunities in the field of education.
